In/Between is a new 10-day festival of visual and performing arts presented by RAM. Spanning Racine County’s built and natural landscapes along Lake Michigan, our mostly free public festival transforms everyday places into sites of creativity through exhibitions, performances, talks, workshops, wellness activities, and social events. Holiday Parade and Tree-Lighting
