Downtown Racine’s HayMarket: A Summer Night Market Experience Unlike Any Other
As the workday winds down and the summer sun begins to set, Downtown Racine is inviting residents and visitors to trade their evening routine for something more memorable.
The Downtown Racine Corporation is excited to announce the return of The HayMarket, Racine’s only night market, taking place in Monument Square on June 11 & 25, July 9 & 23, and August 6 & 20 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
More than just a market, The HayMarket is designed as a summer experience — blending local shopping, live music, food trucks, craft beverages, and community gathering into one vibrant downtown destination.
Visitors can browse dozens of local vendors featuring handcrafted goods, specialty foods, fresh produce, baked treats, artisan products, and unique gifts while enjoying live acoustic music, a beer garden, and the energetic atmosphere of Downtown Racine.
“The HayMarket isn’t about checking items off a grocery list—it’s about creating a summer tradition,” said Kelly Kruse, Executive Director of Downtown Racine Corporation. “We want people to grab food, listen to live music, meet friends, discover local makers, and enjoy everything that makes Downtown Racine special. It’s a night out as much as it is a market.”
More than 50 vendors are expected throughout the season, including favorites such as Cassandra’s Homemade Goods, Ollie Sips, Little Cottage Confectionery, Soul Delicious, Peach Cobbler Factory, Deliciosos, Marco’s Pizza, Lovin Lemons, and many more showcasing the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of Southeastern Wisconsin.
Each market will feature live acoustic performances from local musicians:

Guests can grab dinner from local restaurants or food vendors, enjoy a beverage in the beer garden, shop from local artisans, and experience the welcoming atmosphere that has made Downtown Racine one of Wisconsin’s most vibrant gathering places.
