Yoga for Winter Blues

Treat yourself to an uplifting yet gentle evening. No experience needed and all levels of experience are welcome! Perk up the mind by moving energy through the body. The movements and poses in this class are selected and sequenced to specifically counter the blues that many people experience after the holidays when the dark, cold winter sets in.
