Wellness for Spring Transition

Prepare the mind and body during the transition between winter and spring weather with several wellness activities. Principles from the ancient Indian sciences of Ayurveda (caring for the body) and Yoga (caring for the mind) are used in the design of the activities. Activities include:
–Gentle yoga poses/movement
–Make an essential oil spray
–Learn about food and rituals that are balancing
–Guided meditation to support the seasonal transition
$30 per person for 90-minutes of services/activities with mini take-home essential oil spray and beverages and/or light snacks that fit the theme. Led by Cassandra Bjelajac at Wings of Fire-The Phoenix, 524 Monument Square, Suite 209, Racine.
