SUMMARY:Walk to Break the Silence
DESCRIPTION:The Women’s Resource Center and Bethany Apartments will host an Awareness Walk for the City of Racine and surrounding communities on September 25th at 5pm in Monument Square. The program will begin with remarks from local leaders\, followed by a personal testimony from an advocate with firsthand experience with domestic abuse\, and will conclude with a brief walk down Main Street from Monument Square to State Street.  \nThis event is free of charge and open to the public. We invite you to join us and learn how you can help raise awareness of domestic abuse throughout the Racine community.
