Summer Solstice Sound Bath

Celebrate the official start of Summer with this invigorating sound bath. Summer Solstice is the celebration of the end of Spring, an offering of abundance towards crops and fertility, and in general, a midsummer’s night dream!
Generally, a sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. These sound waves are created using various different healing instruments such as singing bowls, percussion, gongs, tuning forks, and more! Each note you will hear has a purpose. It is more than just a bunch of beautiful sounds being put together. Behind every note and sequence, there is the intention!
A sound bath can bring up a wide range of emotions and it differs from person to person. Most will feel incredibly relaxed, but you could also feel bliss, spaced out, or need to release. All is normal!
Bring anything to help you be comfy including wearing comfy clothing to better help you relax! We will have some yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and anti-gravity chairs available
