Located at the base of your spine, your root chakra is the center of your sense of stability and security. During this class, Kathy will bring you back to your roots, helping you become grounded as we open the root chakra.
Feel free to bring your favorite blanket and pillow. We have a limited number of zero gravity chairs if you need one.
