Reiki Healing Circle: Mending Parental Wounds

In this circle, We will be focusing on mending and releasing wounds from our mother and/or father. Parental wounds follow us through life either consciously or unconsciously. Our triggers that are followed by negative reactions may have developed from childhood.
We will have an opportunity to privately write down our intention for release, and offer it up for transmutation. We take a moment and go through a guided meditation, led by Reiki Master Teacher, Kristina Watanabe. We will send Reiki to our circle, and then each individual will receive a moment of Reiki just for them.
