Reiki Healing Circle: Healing your Inner Child

In this healing circle, we will be focusing on healing your inner child. We carry so much from our childhood; hurt, disappointment, and loss. We leave a part of ourselves behind until we heal that part of us. Embrace that little version of you and bring them back to the here and now, so they may be a part of your present journey.
Led by Reiki MT and Board-Certified Coach, Kristina Watanabe, the class will begin with an intention and writing a note to our inner child. We will follow with a meditation which includes Reiki. In the end, we will send Reiki to the offering that is transmuted by Kristina
We have yoga mats, zero-gravity chairs, pillows, and blankets.
