Bring harmony to the mind and body during the spring season with yoga movement and breathwork. Principles from the ancient Indian sciences of Ayurveda (caring for the body) and Yoga (caring for the mind) are used in the design of this class. This class is perfectly suitable for beginners with no experience as well as intermediate students. Email Cassandra at email@example.com if you have any concerns about special needs.
