Fire and Ice Festival is Back!
By this point in the season it’s only natural to feel cooped-up and longing for something exciting to get out of the house for. On Saturday, January 18th, break out of that winter confinement by coming to the Downtown Racine Corporation’s Fire and Ice Festival on Monument Square from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. This free community event will feature ice sculpting, bonfires, food trucks, live music, craft beer and a Fire and Ice themed scavenger hunt taking place throughout downtown Racine.

Meat on the Street food truck, ‘I love Tamales’ food truck and Reid’s Roasted Corn will be serving some delicious food to warm you up. Along with Racine Brewing coming serving some of their amazing brews and hot cocoa.
Bring the kids to meet Mis Racine (1pm-2pm), Bernie Brewer (2pm-3pm) and the ‘Snow Sisters’ from Enchanted Parties and Events (2pm-4pm).
There will be ice carvers creating some amazing sculptures throughout the event starting at noon.
Our Downtown Blanket Drive will conclude at the Fire and Ice Festival, bring new or gently used blankets to Monument Square the day of the event. They will be donated to the Hospitality Center, the Racine County Jail and HALO. We will be collecting blankets leading up the event start 1/2 at our office (425 Main Street).
