Family Centered Yoga and Energy Cleansing

Attend with whoever you call family. Activities are designed for adults of all ages and kids 12+. Easy yoga movements and mini gratitude activities will facilitate connection and compassion. Attend with adult family members or bring along pre-teens/teens that would enjoy a fun and soulful class with you.
$10 per person. Please register each attendee separately to ensure adequate space. Bring a cushion, pillow, or folded blanket to sit on.
